Refund Policy

Build Perfect Credit, Inc. agrees to give a 100% refund to "the Client" if our consultation advice does not improve "the Client's credit. "Improve" shall be defined as removing at least 25% of negative items from the three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.

"The Client" must have contracted Build Perfect Credit, Inc. to consult on eight (8) or more negative items in order to qualify for the Refund Policy.

"The Client" must have not used a "Credit Repair Company" in the past two (2) years for the Refund Policy to be in effect and "the Client" may not have attempted to repair his/her credit on his/her own in the past two (2) years. "

"The Client" also agrees that accurate collections and charge-off accounts with balances are not included in the Refund Policy.

"The Client" must mail all disposition letters or updated credit report from Creditors and each of the three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian, every forty-five (45) days for the Refund Policy to apply.

The Refund Policy only applies to negative items Build Perfect Credit Inc. is contracted to consult on by "the Client" at the time of agreement.

Any additional negative items reported after agreement is signed are not included in the agreement and will require an additional consulting fee.
